The two-story property is spacious and fully equipped, ensuring a memorable stay.



On the ground floor, you will find the entrance hall, a bathroom with a shower, a pantry with a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living room. Both the living room and the kitchen provide access to the extraordinary exterior, which includes a covered area with an awning, ideal for outdoor meals with a table, chairs, barbecue, sink, and outdoor shower. The pool area, facing north, has sun loungers, and the garage with an electric gate allows parking the vehicle with interior access.



The first floor has three bedrooms: two with double beds (one en suite) and one with two single beds, offering comfortable accommodation for up to six people. There are two bathrooms with bathtubs, one en suite and another for common use, and the main bedroom has access to a generous south-facing balcony with a sea view.



The kitchen is equipped with a combined refrigerator, cooktop, oven, toaster, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, and dishwasher. The dwelling has air conditioning in all areas, mosquito nets on the windows, Wi-Fi and MEO TV.
