The tax amount is set at 2 Euros per guest per night. Children under 13
years old are exempt from this tax. The tax is payable for up to a
maximum of 7 consecutive nights per person, per stay. This is paid upon
arrival at the reception.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
