OK but not the trims on the first floor

Rooms ok and clean. One of the 2 rooms was on the first floor, view on the street. We could hear people talking (very loudly) in the street at night

Okey hotel

A family vacation, booked 2 rooms. First night aircon not cold enough. 2nd day told them aircon is not cold, they adjusted a panel control on their part. 3rd day we come back around 8pm and the air conditioning is off and very hot. Made a complaint and again they adjusted the panel. 2 hrs later it’s still not working. Alberto transferred me to another room after persistent complaint around 10:30pm. They send 2 electric fans on the other room cause they said there is no available room. Room # 001 and 003 , hope they are cold enough for the next guest.
