Customer service is non-existent- rooms are very basic and lacking in support for charging of gadgets like iPhones- food options extremely limited for vegetarians and vegans! Breakfast options are very unappealing!! The men at the front desk were particularly unhelpful especially when we asked about ideas for sightseeing and planning our time- bordering on being obnoxious and rude! Overall very disappointed in the hotel - the surrounding Algarve region is spectacular & beautiful!!
