Delightfully rustic 4-bedroom house in Vilas with stunning long-range views.

Welcome to our Mountain house! Our house is tucked away in a neighborhood in Vilas, located just under 10 minutes from downtown Boone, and 25 minutes to Blowing Rock and Banner Elk. From our front porch, you'll get great long-range and pastoral views.

Our house has four bedrooms, with the Master on the top floor and three bedrooms on the bottom floor. The Master bedroom has its own bathroom with shower, and the downstairs bathroom has a bathtub/shower. One of the downstairs bedrooms has a queen mattress, one has a full-sized mattress and one of the bedrooms has a bunk bed.

The kitchen has been updated with quartz countertops and stainless steel applicances. The living room includes a leather couch and chair and numerous warm blankets to snuggle up with during the colder months. The cabin has a TV in the living room and Master BR and WiFi throughout.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which features a fireplace. There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with an oven, a stovetop, and a microwave. Conveniences include a washing machine and an iron/ironing board.
Guests will find features like internet access and onsite parking.

We loved our stay at the Milburn's home. Patrick was super accommodating to our needs. We were able to bring our little pup- they had food bowls already there! There were 7 of us in all and the house was plenty big enough. Very clean and family friendly. I loved sitting on the front porch and watching the sun set in the evening. The views were AMAZING! Several deer visited in the afternoon and morning. Just 10 or so minutes to King St- it was a great location. Far enough out of town for privacy and that country feel, but still close enough that we weren't spending forever driving. Thank you so much, Patrick for being such a great host. We will definitely be back.

Great views with good porch seating, pet friendly, easy communication with property owners. Appreciated the gates on the spiral stairs and porch, it made it easy to keep the dog corralled. The spiral staircase is worth noting in case you have someone that may struggle on stairs, since 3 bedrooms are on the lower level. Our teens were happy to have separate space away from parents!
