Terrible!! Una lástima…..

Estuvimos sin agua durante casi toda la estadía, nunca nos informaron sobre la disponibilidad ni advirtieron la limitación de almacenamiento, no había posibilidad ni de bañarse ni de lavarse la boca, la respuesta del administrador simplemente fue descontar 40.000 pesos el 5% del valor total de la cuenta, una falta de respeto frente al servicio recibido. Es obvio que prevalece su lucro frente al servicio y el bienestar de sus huéspedes.
