The setting is glorious, nestled in the woods on a lake. The staff was friendly and eager to please. Understaffed in the restaurant. Had to wait quite a while each morning for breakfast items to be replenished. The poor employee was doing as much as she could on her own. No WiFi in the basement where the gym is, so couldn’t use my Peloton app to work out with the hotel’s gym equipment. It’s a classy hotel; I was surprised they didn’t have a booster so we could get WiFi down there. Kayaking available right from the hotel! What a plus! Unfortunately no single kayaks which is what I like, just two doubles. There was a lot of condensation on the window in the room which created small pools of water on the window sill and we had to wipe the windows down to be able to see the gorgeous view. In spite of the problems, and clearly improvements are needed, we enjoyed every minute of our stay!

Villa La Angostura com Família

Hotel localizado na região do Puerto Manzano em Villa La Angostura. É necessário andar alguns quilometros em estrada de terra para chegar no hotel, que fica em uma área mais remota da região. O quarto era bastante espaço e limpo, mas alguns pontos podem melhorar, como a piscina que o aquecimento não é tao bom e o restaurante que menos opções e comida mediana. Há poucas opções de alimentação e atividades nas proximidades, sendo necessário deslocar até a cidade (Villa La Angostura). Ideal é estar com carro. No inverno, é necessário cuidado com dias de muita neve que podem dificultar o acesso. Ponto positivo é a proximidade para o Cerro Bayo, ótimo ponto para ski e atividades com neve.

Banheiro e quarto excelentes, vista linda e roupas de cama e toalhas excelentes. A parte de academia e piscina, deixou a desejar por ser um hotel "boutique", da mesma forma que alguns detalhes e cuidados faltaram. Sentimos falta de um welcome drink. Café da manhã fraco, por ser um hotel boutique. Pedi um omelete e tem custo adicional, por exemplo.

Lindo hotel a la orilla del lago

Lindo Hotel a la orilla del río para una escapada romántica. El restaurante es delicioso, el staff es 10/10 Le podrían subir la temperatura a la piscina en invierno y revisar el tema de limpieza en la piscina, nos cruzamos con un grupo de niños que dejaron la piscina en un estado desastroso. Los cuartos son muy cómodos, nos dejaron hacer late check out.

Experiência ruim , reportei um problema com a administração nao me atenderam e nem ajudaram a resolver, simplesmente ignoraram meu pedido , nao deram nem retorno Hotel com preco bom, mas nao vale a pena pela dstancia dos centros de Ski e ha 1h30 do centro de Bariloche, isso se nao pegar transito Gasta mais com. Transfer para ir aos centros de Ski do que com a diaria do hotel Muito longe tambem do aeroporto - gastei no transfer ate o hotel R$ 1.250 so a ida 3 pessoas

Muy buena. Único problema no funcionaba piscina temperada porque tenían problemas con el calefactor. Esto no fue avisados nunca al momento del hacer el booking y era un tema importante de la reserva. Muy mal ahí. Todo el resto ok.

Excelente escolha para Villa La Angostura

Quando fizemos a reserva, vimos que o hotel era muito novo e bem avaliado, porém ainda com poucas avaliações por ter iniciado as operações há pouco tempo. Nos hospedamos e a experiência foi a melhor possível, o hotel é muito bonito, tudo novo em folha, com uma vista impressionante para o lago e uma localização excelente, com muita natureza ao redor e silêncio. Os funcionários muito educados e simpáticos. Gostaríamos de voltar.

Vista incrível e em um lindo lugar! Atendimento excelente de todo pessoal, especialmente de Ezequiel que nos deu várias dicas e nos fez sentir em casa. Café da manhã delicioso mas você precisa chegar cedo pois não há reposição após as 9h, acredito que por falta de organização somente. O hotel oferece kaiak para conhecer a baía, muito legal. Limpeza a desejar. Haviam aranhas nos quartos (não havia tela de proteção contra inseto nas janelas), poeira em cima do frigobar (dentro estava sujo), um palito de dente no sobral da janela (não era nosso). Vidros de todo o hotel sujos e com teias de aranha. Oferecem jantar mas o purê de batatas estava duro e sem sabor. Equipe muito solicita e disposta a ajudar em qualquer impasse que surgir.
