The air conditioning will ensure the house remains cool in the hot and humid weather. Note: A surcharge of 20 euros must be paid to the manager for late arrival (after 6 p.m.) A utilities & service fee of EUR 145,00 will be required closer to your checkin date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The utilities & service fee ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during the stay.
