Villa Rural Parador del Silo is located in Cónchar (Villamena) in the south of Spain. Nestled in a portico and only 100 metres from the centre of the village, the villa enjoys magnificent views and is ideally located for both excursions and a relaxing getaway. The villa has 270 m² of living space plus 300 m2 of garden and consists of two living rooms, two well-equipped kitchens with dishwasher, 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, so it can accommodate up to 12 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all rooms, a satellite TV, a cot and two fireplaces.

The private outdoor area consists of an outdoor pool (open from the 1st of May until the end of September), a grill, which can be used all year round, along with a furnished balcony and partially covered terrace. Additionally, there is a furnished garden full of citrus trees.

The surrounding area is quite quiet and has many hiking trails. The nearest restaurant and bar are a stone's throw away (14 m), where you can have breakfast, lunch, dinner and coffee. The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes drive (6 km), the nearest beach (Salobrena) is 30 minutes drive (46 km), the city of Granada (Alhambra and Generalife) is 20 minutes (28 km) and the ski resort of Sierra Nevada is 1 hour (57 km).
