This place offered the perfect amount of amenities. From the cozy fireplace to the entertainment in the garage via the pool table, air hockey table and foosball table. We only had to leave the cabin if we wanted to. It was an enjoyable getaway right after the holidays. My family and I will definitely be looking to stay here again in the near future as we love visiting the area.

Disappointed with how dirty the cabin was. We couldn’t use the pull out couch in the family room due to dirt and leftover pistachios from a previous renter. Spiderwebs, dirt, and dust in almost every corner. The kitchen wasn’t outfitted well for the size of the listing, the pots and pans were very old and cheap, and many of the shelves were broken/not in use. The bedding and towels were paper thin and rough in texture. The outside porch was rotting with a few nails sticking up. The game room/garage was the best part of the house. The hot tub was nice but had a layer of dirt in almost every seat corner.

Everything was great! We saw a bear the first day we were there. He was on the porch looking in the window. Space was AMAZING, my grandson loved all the indoor space to run in. Hot tub was in eco mode when we got there, but the property owner sent us how to fix that. Property owner was very responsive. Only thing was that we thought it was as more secluded than it was. But it was a beautiful property and will plan to stay there again!

The cabin was clean and just as expected per the website description. Host was friendly and easy to communicate with, and responded quickly to the few questions we had upon arrival. The only con was not having a key to the upstairs loft bedroom. We shared the cabin with a another couple and wanted to keep that area closed off from their 2-year old twins. The door can be locked/unlocked from the inside as long as someone is upstairs, but it can't be locked while not in use since there's no key to unlock it. Even so, I still give 5 stars based on the rest of the cabin and on exceptional service.

This cabin was wonderful! The host was very communicative. The beds were very comfortable! The hot tub was nice to have, especially after a day of hiking. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out. (Myself, husband, 4 boys ages 11-17) The game room was nice but it was disappointing that the air hockey table and arcade didn’t work. I messaged the host about the air hockey, but we never got it to turn on. The power button felt stuck and would not budge. But that was just a minor thing for us. Overall, the cabin was perfect for our stay and I will definitely book again. The best part for me was seeing bears out front in the pond. I’ve been coming to Gatlinburg since I was a kid and had never seen a bear up close. So seeing two made my whole trip!

Main bathroom had mold & mildew growing on the shower door and the shower floor was not clean….toilet was stopped up with wipes or paper towels, other bathroom toilet seat was broken….cobwebs on the ceiling fans and walls, only enmity provided was 4 dishwasher pods, no laundry detergent. lCleaned the shower door with vinegar & dishwasher knob!! Refrigerator was dripping water onto floor, seal wasn’t sealed!!! Website was very deceptive of description. Smells very musty! Had to buy a can opener, hardly any kitchen supplies.
