Detached house with recently renovated apartment on the first floor, suitable for two people, with green lawn available, made up of kitchen and living room with sofa, double bedroom, bathroom with shower.
The kitchen is equipped with a combined fridge, gas hob, electric and microwave oven, blender. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, digital terrestrial television, free Wifi internet. Public parking or on the street.
Sheets and towels are not provided. There are blankets and pillows.
Independent entrance. There is a garden with table, chairs and deck chairs to relax and enjoy your holidays in the peace and tranquility of this place, surrounded by nature.
Upon arrival, guests will be asked for a deposit of 50 euros which will be retained by the owner if the apartment is not in order and clean at the end of the stay.
The owner, during the stay, is available to guests.
In the village of Villeneuve, a few kilometers away, you will find a mini-market, a bar, a restaurant, a pizzeria, a pastry shop, a shoe and sporting goods shop, a pharmacy, a tobacconist's and newspapers, a bank branch, a sports center with an outdoor swimming pool, a equipped for rafting/canoe descents, an adventure park and a lake for sport fishing.
For the more active it is an excellent starting point both in winter for skiing (a stone's throw from the main ski resorts) and in summer (excursions, rafting/canoeing, mountain biking). Nearby in Introd you can visit the Parc Animalier and the Pope's museum in loc. Combes.
As far as cultural activities are concerned, it is possible to visit most of the medieval castles (the closest Villeneuve, Saint-pierre, Introd, Aymavilles, Sarre) as well as the Forte di Bard, the castle of Fénis and many others. Other recommended visits are those in Roman Aosta.
