Okay, aber nicht top

Günstig, aber mit versteckten "Problemen": Die Wohnung ist deutlich dunkler, als die sehr vorteilhaften Inseratbilder suggerieren; direkt vor der Wohnung verläuft die Hauptverkehrsstraße, die Lärmbelästigung insbesondere an Wochenenden ist sehr hoch. Positiv ist insbesondere der kurze Weg zum sehr schönen Strand.
