Located on the 2nd floor (with elevator), it comprises a pretty 12 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a shower room.

The apartment is composed as follows
- 12 m² living room with TV and double sofa bed
- A fully-equipped kitchen including microwave oven, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with shower

Outside :
- A 4 m² balcony to enjoy fine weather

The apartment is ideally located in Villers-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy proximity to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... The city center is a 20-minute walk away.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot. Parking is also available in front of the building (for a fee in summer).

- Nearest airport: Caen, approx. 53 km
