Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Ein grosses, geräumiges Haus in ruhiger Lage. Das Haus ist bereits in die Jahre gekommen und scheint oft gebucht zu werden. Somit gibt es sicherlich die ein oder anderen Dinge, welche ausgebessert werden können. Das hat aber unseren Aufenthalt nicht beeinträchtigt. 2 grosse Kühlschränke mit Eisfach sorgen für genug Kühlmöglichkeiten. Für grosse Fahrzeuge ist es auf dem Gelände etwas eng zum rangieren/ Parken, aber man auch auch bequem draussen stehen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war top, sehr schnelle Antworten. Adresse auf der Seite und die effektive Adresse stimmen nicht überein, was eine etwas grössere Entfernung zum Meer ausmacht.Der Weg zu den Stränden an den Steilküsten ist okay 11 Minuten zu Fuss. Die Strände in der City sind mit dem Auto in ca.7 Minuten erreichbar. Hier gibt es kostenlose Parkplätze. Meine Familie und ich waren gerne hier.

Das Haus war ziemlich sauber und ordentlich. Die Vermieter reagieren und Handeln bei Fragen sehr schnell. Wir machen schon viele Jahre Urlaub in Ferienhäusern in Spanien doch noch nie mussten wir Bettwäsche und Handtücher extra buchen. In der Küche befand sich nicht ein Krümelchen, Zucker, Salz, Pfeffer oder Mülltüten oder einen Waschlappen, um abzuwaschen oder Arbeitsplatte sauber zu machen sowas mussten wir alles selber kaufen Was am Ende der zwei Wochen mehr als die Hälfte entsorgt werden musste Sowas könnte doch für den Nachmieter im Haus bleiben. Jeder Nachmieter würde sich darüber freuen.. Und vom Grill muss ich leider sagen der war so dreckig hinterlassen worden, so dass wir kein Fleisch oder Fisch drauf grillen wollten und konnten. Im Großen und Ganzen hätte ich fünf Sterne zu vergeben, würde ich drei Sterne vergeben. Vielleicht Ist das eine Anregung für den Vermieter diese Kleinigkeiten zu ändern, um auf fünf Sterne zu kommen. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Een gezellige huis met alle nodige comfort. Een iets smallere straat dan we in België gewoon zijn, maar in Spanje is dat normaal. Alhoewel begin april nog geen zwembad time is, toch perfect onderhouden en zwemklaar.

Vacances à Vinaros

Une agréable surprise de la maison. Nous étions 7 adultes et chacun notre chambre.La piscine au top! Fabienne est tres réactive et nous a indemnisé pour un souci d'eau chaude sans demande de notre part! On a apprécié...cela ne doit pas se faire souvent! On a même pû garer 3 voitures dans le petit jardin en manœuvrant! Nous recommandons fortement cette villa!

Watch out! The owner charged us eur150 for a broken chair that we have not even seen or used!

It’s a nice house but terrible neighborhood with barking dogs all over! The walk to the beach is on a trafficaded road (and barking dogs) not so nice. Book a house closer to the beaches is our suggestion

Gastfreundlichkeit, was ist das?

Leider haben wir bei unserer Ankunft im Haus erhebliche Mängel feststellen müssen. Es folgt eine kurze Auflistung der Mängel für eventuelle Nachmieter. - das Rolltor lässt sich nicht abschließen, da kein Schlüssel vorhanden ist - gebuchte Bettwäsche war verschmutzt - Großteil der Liegen war defekt - Klobrille voller Urinstein - Verstopfte Toilette für fast 2 Wochen, weil sich nicht drum gekümmert wurde - Poolreinigung könnte besser sein - Kühlschrank nicht wie abgebildet Vorweg wurden einige Mängel relativ schnell behoben. Die defekten Liegen wurden ersetzt. Genau wie die Klobrille. Doch als es um das Schloss vom Rolltor sowie die verstopfte Toilette ging fing es an mit der „Gastfreundschaft“. Der fehlende Schlüssel vom Rolltor wurde so erklärt, dass in der Anzeige ja nicht stand dass man es abschließen kann und Kinder ja nicht in der Lage wären es zu Öffnen. Mein 3 Jähriger Neffe hat es ohne Probleme öffnen können. Das Rolltor Problem konnten wir mit einer Kette und Schloss aus dem Bauhaus für ca 25€ lösen. Uns wurde indirekt vermittelt, dass es ja uns zu verantworten sei dass die Toilette verstopft war. Wobei sich rausstellte dass es nicht unsere Schuld war. Wir sollten das Problem selbst klären und Rohrreiniger kaufen sowie es mit einem Eimer Wasser versuchen. Nach längeren Diskussionen mussten wir Fewo einschalten um das Problem zu lösen und sich als Vermittler einzuschalten. Letztendlich hat es trotzdem gut 2 Wochen gedauert bis das Problem mit der Toilette behoben war. Dabei stellte sich raus, dass das Hauptrohr mit Pflanzenteilen verstopft war. Des Weiteren mussten wir 4 Tage anwesend sein damit die jeweiligen Mängel behoben wurden.

Lekkere week gehad in prima schoon huis met zwembadje in goede buurt Vinaros. Vriendelijke eigenaren met heldere communicatie. Staat voor 8 personen online maar dat kan louter indien er jonge kinderen in gezelschap zitten. Anders meer geschikt voor 6 personen. 1 minpunt is parkeren. Niet geschikt voor grotere auto’s. Ook niet voor meer dan 1 auto.

Es una casa muy bonita y con todas las comodidades y en una zona muy tranquila. Totalmente recomendable. La comunicación con el propietario tanto antes de nuestra llegada como una vez allí fue muy fluida y rápida, cosa que se agradece. Volveremos a repetir seguro.

Semana muy cara para lo que se ofrece

Seguramente si hubiéramos elegido otra semana del verano nuestra visión sería diferente, para lo que hemos pagado por esta semana de agosto nos parece carísimo. Falta de mantenimiento tanto en el interior como en el exterior de la casa, especialmente en el exterior, sin luces en piscina ni en zona comedor, plaga de mosquitos en la zona y en esta casa más aún por su falta de limpieza en el exterior. El interior aceptable con colchones y sofá cómodos, resto de mobiliario en estado precario.

On ne manque de rien pour passer de belles vacances

Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé une semaine très appréciable à Vinaros grâce à la villa très fonctionnelle et sa piscine. Nous avons pu visiter cette ville avec ses plages multiples. La chaleur et le soleil étaient au rendez-vous. Nous étions en immersion dans la culture espagnole et nous avons été très bien accueilli par eux. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute 😀

Jolie maison

Nous avons passé un bon séjour. La maison est dans un joli quartier au calme et sans vis à vis . la piscine est top ainsi que son entretien .la terrasse mériterait un éclairage supplémentaire . Nous sommes venus avec des petits ,attention la piscine n est pas sécurisée par un volet roulant car cela n est pas obligatoire en Espagne . Il faut avoir l œil comme toujours . Je vous conseille cette maison a 5mn des criques et plages et 3mn des commerces pour vos vacances.

Very nice house with beautiful garden

We enjoyed with 5 people and a baby our holidays! It was everything very clean and we found a well equipped kitchen and nicely furnished rooms. The pool have been cleaned 1-2 / week through the stuff. Unfortunately we had ants in the house after few days, but this is typical in Spain. We pay more attention to our food and we solve the problem. We can recommend the house and we have been very happy with the communication and support of the house owner.

Perfekte Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten ein wunderbare Woche in sehr guter Unterkunft in absolut ruhiger Lage (Mai 2019). Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist hervorragend und schnell (per Email), was leider oft nicht selbstverständlich ist. Das Haus ist groß, geräumig, sauber und es fehlt an nichts. An der Innenausstattung könnte sich so manche Unterkunft in Vinaros ein Beispiel nehmen. :-)
