Overall our stay here was enjoyable. The house is older but being improved; honestly not the best first impression - especially the tired wall to wall carpet - but we got used to it and soon felt comfortable. Fairly well supplied kitchen and they’ll likely continue to refine that as it currently feels cluttered with things that aren’t useful. Note that microwave is small and crockpot is even smaller. Outdoor upgrades are nice; sadly the pool was too cold to enjoy. Good location and beach access.

Good evening,I have allowed myself 48hrs to process and formulate my review. I must say the location and layout of the property was amazing! However there are many issues within the property:1When I entered the property I was greeted with a smell that was sickening. It smelled of animal urine. I sat down on the sofa in the living room and got up with a dress full of dog/cat hair! Unsat! I did a little bit of detective work and found a dark brown stain under the sofa. The hall bathroom to the right of the kitchen.... ridiculous! I removed the rug, cleaned the bathroom with Clorox then went behind it with Pinesol. So after cleaning and disinfecting the whole house, I went to vacuum the carpet and guess what? The vacuum did not work! So I had to get a vacuum from a friend locally because the friend from out of town had an allergic reaction. I also purchased two rugs so we could sit on the floor. The wall in the hallway is buckling out and looks like there has been water damage recently. While taking the trash to the already filled trash cans I noticed, the room with the washer and dryer in it had an awful smell as well. So I didn’t wash the rug from the bathroom because I couldn’t tell which smell was worse. I thought hanging out at the pool would help take my mind off of the disappointing smell, but the pool guy came to clean the pool in the middle of our stay without us requesting it.I am not sure if the housekeeping is done by VRBO, personal owners, or contracted

Excellent place for a vacation!

We were extremely happy with our week-long stay. Unfortunately we didn't get a lot of beach time due to it not being very hot, even though it was August! But the pool more than made up for it. The kids actually enjoyed the pool more than the beach. The littlest one love the pickle ball court because he could run all he wanted and throw balls without worrying about them going out of the yard. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the convenience of being able to wash towels and clothes whenever we wanted. Definitely recommend this place! Thanks so much!

Bathrooms very outdated. Seat in one bathroom very wobbly. Shower stall appeared unclean probably because of age. Gas grill is in serious need of extensive cleaning. Sediment on bottom of grill was catching fire each time it was used. Overall our stay was very nice. Location to beach was great and we had awesome weather. Would have been helpful if there was some kind of instructions regarding use of living area TV. There were numerous remotes. Could be because of our own unfamiliarity with the system.

Couple things at the house need some attention. HVAC pipe above the kitchen bar drips condensation.

The left side of kitchen sink has an unpleasant odor. The hvac line above the kitchen bar counter drips condensation. Around the leak it looks like mold.

We were very pleased with the property and the layout of the house. The beds are very comfortable, kitchen had everything you would need. The owners put great care in the decor and furnishings. My son enjoyed the hot tub and I love an outdoor shower.

Nice house, great location

House was recently painted- light and airy. Spacious bedrooms. Open kitchen. Great deck and patio furniture. Loved the covered space under the deck for rainy days ( and super hot days ). Short walk to beach with handicap beach entrance nearby. Loved the Trex decking. Made it much easier to transport beach gear! We would be happy to stay here again.

Your house at the beach

Notre séjour fut tres agreable. Les espaces intérieurs et exterieurs sont encore mieux que sur les photos. La maison est situé tout pres de la belle plage de sandbridge et des petits marchés pour se dépanner. La douche exterieure, la laveuse/ sècheuse et le chariot pour se rendre a la plage ont été tres pratique. Le gros manque selon nous, c'est l'absence d'un deuxième frigo, en etant 12 dans la maison, ca se remplit vite. nous avons eu des problèmes avec la connexion de la television mais nous avons eu un service de reparation rapide suite a notre demande. À 20 min en voiture du board walk mais avec une plus belle plage. J'y retounerais avec plaisir. 😃 Our stay was very pleasant. The interior and exterior spaces are even better than in the photos. The house is located very close to the beautiful Sandbridge beach and small markets to help you out. The outdoor shower, washer/dryer and cart to get to the beach were very practical. The big lack in our opinion is the absence of a second fridge, with 12 in the house, it fills up quickly. We had problems with the television connection but we had a quick repair service upon our request. 20 minutes by car from the board walk but with a more beautiful beach. I would return there with pleasure. 😃
