Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
First off, Alexa (night front clerk) is extremely rude and condescending. I asked for a few towels and wash clothes prior to going up to my room to take a shower, like we've done the past few nights without any problems, but this particular time Alexa denied me of these towels and wash clothes stating, "housekeeping will bring them up to your room". Well, housekeeping never did. Fifteen minutes later I'm having to call and request again. The another fifteen minutes later I'm back down at the front desk requesting them in person again. She says, "he's on his way" pointing to her phone. I asked her nicely to just give me a few from the cart that was clearly in the room behind the front desk, where we've received them prior after requesting. She gave me some excuse that they've had complaints that they have stains. If requesting for something that is clearly within visible reach one shouldn't have to wait over 35mins to receive. My whole family is ready to shower and get to bed as we have to wake up early and get to the airport, but now we have to wait unnecessarily because Alexa just didn't feel like accommodating us like all the other front office clerks did. Not to mention, Alexa maintained an unsettling apathetic demeanor while being condescending. She clearly should not be in a customer service oriented position. All other staff were pleasant.
The beds are firm. Breakfast was good and kept stocked. Location is great! The pool has been closed the past few days.
