One person working front desk and answering phones, seemed very overworked. Waited in a line of 5 people, another worker walked by and said she will get to you soon and went back into the office. Terrible Service, room seemed older and not well kept up.

This was our first time staying here and we will definitely be back! It was in the perfect location. Hotel was very nice and clean. All workers were super helpful. We had so much fun here and the kids loved the pool!

Two things, the concierge desk was slow with one person on a Saturday and the floors were extremely wet due to the pool being so close to the foyer. Even though there were caution signs but just too wet for a busy area.

Not worth the price

Hotel is in a nice area with parking on site. The room for the price, I expected more. The bugs coming with the sliding glass door closed was the worse of it all. I had to buy raid at the local walmart. The bed was hard and you could feel springs in your side. The water and air worked great so that's a positive.

Beautiful beach front hotel. Our room was excellent with a very comfortable bed and a balcony that overlooked the ocean and the boardwalk.

Miserable experience. Festival next door kept us awake, and so loud we couldn’t watch TV. Had to do a late dinner away from hotel to get some respite. Booking through Hotels.com meant we had no recourse but to put up with the noise. Could not wait to get away from there. Never going back.

Not terrible but there are better hotels in VABeac

Maid service was non existent. I went with my daughter and her friend and they gave us one towel and no bath mat. We also ran out of toilet paper. It was Memorial Day weekend so I get they were busy, but I probably won’t stay here again. There are other nicer hotels at the same price. Bright spot was front desk staff. They were great!
