Stinky, sandy and lack of supplies in the shower

We checked into our hotel on Friday and checked out on Sunday. During our stay, we walked out to the balcony to enjoy the view, and most of the time there was a very strong marijuana smell. I reported this to De'Andre, the manager?, and he supposedly checked into it by looking at the balcony's. However, it was hours before he would check on the smell, hence, it was most likely not happening at the time he checked. Also, we had 2 queen beds, the sheets on one of them were littered with sand. I might as well have been sleeping on a towel on the beach. And lastly, there was no conditioner in the shower, even after the room was cleaned, conditioner was not added to the container. I did not have my own conditioner with me as this was supposed to be provided by the hotel. Overall, the stay was ok, I am not sure that I would stay here again.

I liked that the property is truly oceanfront in fact on the boardwalk. The room was perfect and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay there in the future.

Hotel staff was not friendly or welcoming. Continental breakfast was expensive. Many hotels have these breakfast options for free. Great access to the beach and other places. Room was decent but nothing special. Was clean and quiet.

We had a good stay, but we couldn't control the room temperature. The AC was set to 69° and unchangeable, so it got a bit cold and when the system was off, it was a bit stuffy in the room. Also, when the AC was running, there was an awful noise that made it sound like there was a truck with a loud exhaust parked outside on the balcony. The great side of our stay was the view of the beach. It was nice to be able to sit on the balcony to watch the sunrise.

Front desk team is lazy and not at all interested in making guests feel valued or welcome. The gentleman managing the desk in the evenings is particularly bad. Breakfast was late every day and poorly managed. Even though I paid for breakfast, I was never able to enjoy it, because the venue never opened on time. The staff in the restaurant were friendly, however, and the room and gym was clean. But overall the front desk staff and morning routine was incredibly poorly managed.

Outdated to be anything Hilton Parking is up the street & around the corner 25 a day for parking your own car up the street 30 if valet parks it up the street & around the corner. Which I thought was crazy to have to run to valet if you forgot something in your car they either have to go retrieve your car for the item or you have to walk up the street. Hallway carpet is very dirty, Indoor Pool water looked nasty, elevator shake going up & down I didn't even stay my 2nd night!
