I was not greeted with a smile. Seemed more like a bother to front desk. Got a bang on my door around 11:30pm that woke and scared me. TV guide did not work. The room was not as advertised. Especially for the price I payed!!

The pool should not be considered “indoor” the main reason we chose this hotel was because we wanted an indoor pool. There’s a closed door and the outside water is the water that’s on the “indoor pool”

Great stay. Prepare to pay to valet

Parking was not convenient, affordable or well explained. I had a nice room with a beautiful view. The restaurant was awesome. Great food and great ambiance. My only complaint is having to valet and no onsite self parking option as well as the front desk person not doing a great job of explaining the parking situation. They also didn’t seem to have enough valet drivers as it took sometime to receive our vehicles.
