Megan at the front desk was amazing. She was very professional and knowledgeable about the area. Her outgoing personality and smile is exactly what was needed after a long stressful day driving with a toddler. Kudos for making a guest feel like they were being welcomed into someone's home.

We were in Norfolk for homecoming, so we arrive to the hotel later in the evening. The woman who checked the scene was very pleasant and accommodating. Our room was great very clean. Some of our family went down to the pool and enjoyed their time there breakfast in the morning was great overall 10 out of 10.

The place was good but a few things made it not special. For one the breakfast staff was grumpy, the upstairs neighbors would make loud noise after 2am every night we stayed. Our room did not get cleaned during our 6-night stay. We did wake up late a few times, but others we were out the door by 10am. The hotel was in good condition, but not sure I would recommend due to service.

The staff were all friendly and polite. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well equipped with the basics in the kitchenette. Our room and bathroom were very clean and there was plenty of storage.
