It was a fantastic experience. Staff were immediately available for help even late at night when we came in. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Room was super comfy. Everything was spotless. Breakfast was delicious. I was surprised at the variety, quality and taste. Even my picky kids found lots of options. View was breathtaking. I will be back for sure.

Comfortable, quiet and safe. The only issue was all of the clothing articles and my CPAP hose that I put in the dresser drawer ended up with a smell (odor) that I apparently was allergic to. Not sure if the drawer had previously been used as a bed for a pet or what! However, being autoimmune challenged, this turned into quite an ordeal for me. Being a fairly new hotel, I unfortunately did not think to ask for a pet free room.

This review is for the lack of customer service with Hotels dot com. The reservation was for 4 days.. both my husband and I came down with COVID 4 days before our trip... We asked to reschedule or something. No assistance provided. Then their customer service representative (not sure if it really was hotel rep) said pay them 350.. actually today you pay $250 they will manually refund our money. Seemed Soo fishy. Hyatt can't do anything... I just wish they didn't work with such a poor company.
