The staff was very kind and check-in was very easy. We had very easy access to the beach which was gorgeous in the mornings. The rooms were clean and had enough space for two adults to comfortably stay with a small pet. The water was very warm. It is conveniently located near an abundant amount of very cute shops and restaurants/ bars in the area.

The headboard of the bed was dusty, had to clean that and all the stands in the room myself. Called the front desk for trash bags and housekeeping never came. The only good part about it was getting to see the view of the ocean. I’d probably never come back here and definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else.

Pros: My room location was excellent and my requests for first floor were met without problems. I loved the view of the boardwalk from my room! I had my own private door access to the beach. Centrally located in Va beach, walkable, great parking! Cons: My room “looked” great, smelled clean but I woke up on my fifth day of my vacation with bedbug bites! I brought them a live bed bug from the bed after finding evidence on the sheets that I had been bitten. They gave me another room but did not offer any other form of compensation for my discomfort. I ended up with swelling and infections even after changing rooms.i still ended up paying full price for my stay. So I stay

Fecal matter smeared on bathroom walls and doors. Front desk demaded on several occasions to know when I would check in, although the room was paid for, the associate lives on the property, and I was in the hospital. Requested room be vacuumed of the de-icing substance they finally sprinkled after 14 hours after it snowed. Vacuum did not come for over a week. Requested new fitted sheet without wholes and burn marks and did not receive. Upon walking into the lobby, I was given sheets for a smaller bed. Mini fridge did not work. Television had a green stripe through the middle. Fecal matter surround the base and back of the toilet. Upon bringing this up to management I was just smiled at and absolutely NOTHING was remedied or addressed. To have fecal matter smeared on doors and walls is
