Do not stay here. I wish I never booked this. We stayed for just one hour, quickly realized something was very wrong, and left. Which is sad because from the photos, it looks absolutely stunning.First of all, it looks nothing like the photos. It’s beautiful, yes, but it’s a complete mess. The beautiful green house? Empty. The house? Dirty personal laundry in multiple hampers, personal belongings everywhere, a fridge filled with their personal half eaten food, dirty socks laying around, beds that look slept in, dirty sponge in the kitchen sink, dirty dishes left outside, clean towels crumpled over the towel hangers, hair balls on the floor, I could go on.Second of all, when I sent the host images and asked for a solution, she proceeded to harass me. I was shocked. She accused me of trying to throw a party (I don’t party & we were there for 1 hour), of unlocking 2 locked bedrooms (all 4 bedrooms were wide open & the house is advertised as 4 bedrooms), of stealing and cutting zip ties, of breaking a door, etc etc. She then reported me to Vrbo and told me she had video proof of how clean the house was before my arrival. I have had to block her number.I am unclear as to the host’s intentions – whether this was an attempted scam or just a misguided individual. But what I do know is, that is 2k I won’t be getting back.I have reported them to Vrbo and hope they will be removed from the platform. In the meantime, don’t go anywhere near this listing.
