The combination of modern and rustic, light and dark, as well as the well-preserved old elements such as wooden beams, antique furniture and alcoves create a warm feeling and atmosphere in this spacious house on two levels. Spend a wonderful time here with your loved ones. The place fits wonderfully for a big family gathering. Put away your cell phones and live in the now. Organize afternoons of games or sweat in the sauna and enjoy cozy evenings with delicious food that you have conjured up together. Whether small or large, a barbecue on the terrace under the open sky is sure to be enjoyed by all members of the family. On the common property your children can romp quite. Get on your bike, put on your walking shoes or take your fishing rod or golf clubs. There are many possibilities here.
Walk in the beech forest of the Ubbalt nature reserve with numerous hiking trails and small beaches with beautiful views of Lake Vittsee.
