¤ On the ground floor, you will enter directly into a hall and access the 1st floor via a wooden staircase.
¤ On the 1st floor, you will enjoy:
* A beautiful living room illuminated by large bay windows overlooking the superb landscape where you will enjoy:
=> a kitchen/dining area with an ultra-contemporary design with all the useful and essential equipment (oven and microwave, American fridge-freezer, hob, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, crockery and utensils)
=> a dining area with a large table and chairs
=> a lounge area with the traditional set: sofas and coffee table
=> access to the large balcony facing the lake with tables and plenty of garden seating
* Separate toilets
* A bathroom with Italian shower, double sink unit and WC
* A large bedroom with lake view and access to the balcony with a king-size bed of 180x200cm and a closet/wardrobe.
* A bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190cm and a closet/wardrobe.
¤ On the 2nd floor, you will have:
* A bedroom with a superb view of the lake and equipped with a double bed (140x190cm), a small sofa, a desk and 1 small wardrobe.

The house is located in Le Viviers-Du-Lac, at the place called La Grande Mollière located at the end of the hill of Tresserve overlooking the lake, thus, you will be close to:
- the magnificent Lake of Bourget so dear to the poet Lamartine, the largest natural lake in France, support for a wide variety of water activities (sailing, kitesurfing, water skiing, rowing, paddleboarding, cruising, etc...) – 2 minutes by car and less than 15 minutes on foot
- the city of Aix-les-Bains, Riviera of the Alps, dedicated to well-being and tourism with its cultural and historical sites, thermal baths, spas, restaurants, casinos and its internationally renowned 18-hole golf course (Club 1895) open all year round – Less than 10 minutes from the city center by car.
- the city of Chambéry, the historic capital of Savoy, rich in a ducal past and a wide architectural heritage – 15 minutes by car.
-the city of Annecy, the "Venice of the Alps" with its charming old town and natural lake – 30 minutes by car
