Apartment of 90 sqm is set on the ground floor, the discreet owner lives with his family on the first floor. It consists of an air-conditioned living room, kitchen with dining area, a sleeping sofa for one child, a bedroom with double bed and private shower/toilet, a bedroom with two single beds, a shower/toilet and a laundry with washing machine. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under.
