It has a lovely 36 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 500 m² outdoor area. The house is ideally located in Voglans, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.
There are plenty of things to do nearby:
- Visit the historic centre of Chambéry, with its picturesque streets and rich heritage.
- Discovering Aix-les-Bains, the famous spa town with its Belle Époque charm
- Exploring Savoyard culinary specialities, including cheeses, charcuterie and local wines
- All the water sports on Lac du Bourget: kitesurfing, paddle-boarding, swimming, sailing, motor-boating, pedal-boating, etc.

The gîte is ideally located: just 10 km from Chambéry train station, 2 km from Chambéry airport (open only in winter), and around 1 hour from Lyon and Geneva airports. It is easily accessible from a number of major roads, and there is also a cycle route nearby.
