The open kitchen on this floor is fully equipped with modern appliances including an oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dedicated dining table. A separate shower and WC is additionally available on this level.
The upper level houses 3 further bedrooms, all air-conditioned.
