Wir haben während unseres Einwöchigen-Urlaubs niemanden zu Gesicht bekommen. Zur vereinbarten Check-In Zeit habe ich den Ansprechpartner angerufen. Er ist auch sofort rangegangen und war sehr freundlich. Wir sollten einfach reingehen, der Schlüssel steckt. Am Montag habe ich ihn nochmal angerufen, weil wir noch ein paar Fragen hatten auch da ist er sofort ans Telefon gegangen und hat sich teilweise um die Probleme gekümmert. Am Samstag sind wir dann abgereist ohne direkten Kontakt zu irgendjemandem gehabt zu haben.Zum Haus: Innen war alles ordentlich, die Zimmer waren sehr schön und sauber. Bis auf einen defekten Klodeckel gab es kaum etwas zu beanstanden. Die Küche und die Badezimmer sind allerdings unwahrscheinlich klein. Man kann sich dort nur alleine aufhalten bzw. bewegen. Im ersten Stock gibt es keine Duschkabine und das dritte Teil der oberen Duschkabine steht im Garten (so wie sie aussieht, auch schon länger).Technisch hat im Haus soweit alles funktioniert inkl. der Klimaanlagen.In der Zwischendecke hausen vermutlich einige Schadnager oder ähnliches. Sie können zwar nicht rein aber man hört sie nachts so laut, dass man teilweise davon geweckt wird.Zum Außenbereich: Es ist alles deutlich kleiner und enger als man auf den Fotos vermutet. Die Steine rund um den Pool sind eine Katastrophe. Man kann sich auf ihnen als Erwachsener nicht ohne Schuhe bewegen. Der Bewegungsradius begrenzt sich daher auf den Pool und die Terrasse (auch die ist wesentlich kleiner als auf den
