Not enough communication on check in arrival. As well as clean up. They charge for used towels but the towels they have for you did not smell well. A lot of rules on how the room should look when checking out, so to avoid extra charge we cleaned up as much as we could. The area is nice though and there is a grocery store and coffee shops nearby. As well as ATMs.

Could use little more TLC to the apartment.

The location of the property is great. But the room 8.23 needs some little more TLC. The dinning table glass cover has stuff between the glass and the table top and ants eating off the stuff. The sofa in the master bedroom has stains all over. Plus the beds sheets was NOT INSTALL it was hanging in the laundry area, i have to install it myself. The shower has black molds on the edges. The room could use some decors to make the room feel little more cozy. I checked in late and the property owner was very helpful.

Had to call to get into room. No help at the front desk. Towels were very worn out. Did not smell fresh. Bed was hard as a rock. My back is still not right. Was told there would be karaoke available. However never got any response on that. So i had to go into town and rent a spot. Also the amount i paid was very high for Vietnam.

For the price I payed unbeatable but the toilet seat was broken bugs in the apartment and could have been cleaned better furthermore the amenities where nice but the sauna or rooftop bar where closed every time I checked

Great stay!

Great stay. We were given an upgrade when we got here. Booked a 2 room bedroom instead got a 3 bedroom with the beach view. Only heads up is there are ants the next day if you don’t clean up after you eat.

The unit had a foul smell and not the cleanest. Blankets & sheets were stained & smelly. We immediately left & booked a different hotel nearby. Contacted the property manager & they were unwilling to refund or work with us. Terrible place & customer service. Do NOT recommend.

The owner is extremely thoughtful and helpful. They also have full service with motorcycles rentals along with the appartment rental if you want to rent a motorcycle . All you need just let them know what you are looking for, how do you want , they will take care of it
