Place was great for a nights stay after having surgery. Was quiet and perfect for what I needed. Power went out for about 2-3 hrs but was during night so wasn’t entirely bad. Room stayed warm regardless.

The staff was always on thier cell phones. There was a snow storm and they never sl Salted the walkways. I slipped on the ice and twisted my ankle and banged up my right knee. I went into the office and the staff was on thier cell phone. I was in tears bc of pain. I told them what happened and all they said was oh no. I had to go to the hospital ( why I was down there where my father is ill) and no one apologized or followed up with me. And still 24 hrs later still nothing and the salt was not placed down. So disgusted and disrespectful.
