Hate hotels that put a limit on the thermostat so you can’t make your room colder, some of us sleep better with a colder room and like the option of the fan running constantly for white noise and it helps drowning out any other noises. I understand you trying to save money but let’s be honest if the guest isn’t happy chances are they won’t come back and they’ll give bad reviews like I am… take the darn limiter off the thermostat!!!!

Beautiful and Convenient, but had issues

The hotel is new, so had the new smell still, that was nice! I loved the black washcloth that had make-up embroidered on it! Now....the hot water..it to me, after running the water for 20, yes I said 20 minutes BEFORE it got hot!! I had enough time to go down to office and back and it was still cold. My mom was in next room and she had the same issue the say before. The eggs and omlets were very dry and bland. Definitely the powdered kind. No sugar free option for syrup.

The property had unexpected fees that they charged us in addition to what was quoted on Hotels.com that they said were from the city of Waco. However, the receipt did not name any city fee. They do not take cash either which was upsetting.

Amazing!!!

Super clean, felt very new. Excellent breakfast. Staff friendly and welcoming. Comfy beds, excellent water pressure in shower. 10 out of 10! We would def stay here again.
