Really enjoyed my stay, so many positives; The location and its proximity to everything, the staff who were helpful throughout, the room and how clean it was kept, the breakfast and wide choice of food, the greeting when I checked in, the basement car park and finally, the overall ambiance of the place and its setting.

Without a doubt, one of my Top 3 hotels in the world! I was very impressed by all the amenities that were included - free valet parking, free mini bar snacks and drinks, and breakfast! Usually, luxury hotels charge you separately for all of those amenities. They even had a personalized welcome note in my room with a box of Arabic sweets. And to top it off, it really is a 3 minute walk to the Petra entrance! Everything was wonderful!

All of the staff were very welcoming and hospitable, we experienced the best service we’ve ever had at a hotel. Our room was spacious and comfortable, the buffet breakfast and dinner had lots of options. The only thing missing was a bar- after a long day of hiking, it would be nice to relax with a glass of wine!
