What a view huh? This lovely apartment has a central location and all the facilities you need for a carefree holiday. Prepare the tastiest meals independently in the well-equipped kitchen and socialise in the living room with TV. You can store your skis in the ski storage room and there is parking space for your car. Of course, you can end the day in style on the balcony with mountain views. Great!
Smell the scent of flowers and the fresh mountain air and enjoy the peace and unspoilt nature. Near Wagrain are the 6 mountain lakes Jägersee, Tappenkarsee, Blauer See, Daarmoossee, Rupertisee and the Grafenbergsee. These are definitely worth a visit!

The property is in the perfect location for a winter sports holiday! Just 500 metres away, you will find the ski lift that takes you to the Salzburg Sports World. Here, around 230 kilometres of slopes, almost 100 lifts and more than 250 kilometres of cross-country trails await you. Incidentally, the cross-country ski trails start just 100 metres from the house.

Familienurlaub über Silvester mit 7 Personen

Wir haben mit 7 Personen eine Woche über Silvester in Wagrain verbracht und hatten sehr gute Bedingungen. Das Haus liegt zwar an der Landstraße, aber zur Roten 8er Gondel gibt es einen Fußweg direkt neben der Loipe. Wenn Skier und Schuhe im Depot untergebracht sind, ist der morgendliche Spaziergang zur Gondel ein gutes Aufwärmtraining. Dauert auch nur 10 Minuten. Wer Skier und Schuhe dabei hat, kann bequem den Skibus nehmen. Die Haltestelle ist direkt vor der Haustür. Die Toilette und das Bad sind sehr schön renoviert, die Küche praktisch eingerichtet. Einen Toaster haben wir allerdings vermisst. Die Schlafzimmer sind in Ordnung. Da jedes Zimmer ein Waschbecken hat, kommt man auch mit einer Toilette und einer Dusche aus. Allerdings sollten die Lattenroste und Matratzen mal ausgetauscht werden! Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Uns mit 6 Personen als Familie hat es sehr gut gefallen!

Uns mit 6 Personen als Familie hat es sehr gut gefallen. Man hat die obere Etage des Hauses fast für sich alleine. Dass die Vermieter dort auch noch Zimmer haben bekommt man so gut wie nicht mit. Die Vermieter sind auch super nett und freundlich! Man kann jederzeit Hilfe, Antworten, eine Führung durch den Kuhstall o.ä. bekommen. Falls nicht lassen sie einen in Ruhe und man bekommt von ihnen nichts mit. War für uns perfekt. In der Wohnung hatten wir nichts zu beanstanden. 3 saubere Doppelzimmer und eine komplett ausgestattete Küche waren wunderbar. Dass die Dusche und das WC sehr klein waren hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört. Sie waren sauber und so gut wie neu. Jedes Doppelzimmer hat auch ein eigenes Waschbecken. Die einzige Sache die uns etwas gestört hat war, dass das Haus direkt an einer Hauptstrasse liegt. Wenn man das Fenster aufmacht hört man die vorbeifahrenden Autos schon deutlich. Der Vorteil ist, dass man nicht erst Serpentinen den Berg hoch fahren muss um zum Haus zu kommen. Das Skigebiet war so mit dem Auto nur 40 Sekunden entfernt. Für uns zu weit zum Laufen (würde schätzen 10 Minuten). Nach Flachauwinkel/Zauchensee haben wir mit dem Auto 11 Minuten gebraucht. Mit dem Auto nach Wagrain 8 Minuten. Therme Amade 6 Minuten. Zum nächsten Supermarkt 4 Minuten. Für uns ein toller Urlaub. Wir würden wieder kommen. Danke für die schöne Zeit!
