The condo unit is located within the luxurious Shores at Waikoloa Beach Resort, on the Kona coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. It is 27-minute drive north from the Kona airport. It offers stunning views and easy access to beautiful beaches, world-class golf courses, and upscale shopping and dining options. The property features tropical landscaping, creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere. On site amenities include swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, tennis courts, and barbecue areas. The unit has its own designated parking free of charge.

The property has one king bed and a full bathroom inside the master bedroom suite. The bathroom has only a shower stall and it does NOT have bathtub. A sofa bed at the living room can be used as a double bed. It has a full open kitchen connecting to the dining area and the living room. The half bath is right next to the front door.
