Colony Villas 1403 is a beautiful and cleanly designed 2-bedroom townhome located in the acclaimed Waikoloa Beach Resort. This spacious townhome is located in a quiet community only a short drive away from the ocean, coastal trails and sandy beaches. Enjoy sunset dinners from your outdoor lanai on the world-famous "Beach Nine" golf fairway, or take a short drive to Lava Lava Beach Club for lunch on the sand. The nearby Colony Villas amenity center has a large pool, hot tub and outdoor BBQ spaces for guests to enjoy. The master bedroom is located upstairs and has a king bed, HDTV & en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom is also located upstairs and has a queen size bed, HDTV & en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
