You will love the close proximity to all kinds of amenities including: boat ramp (less than 2 min drive), library, disc golf course, multiple parks/playgrounds, baseball diamonds, city pool, liquor store, and more! An extra wide street with TONS of parking out front and a large gravel parking area behind the house with exterior outlets at both for charging capabilities.

Covered front porch with rocking chairs for a wonderfully relaxing spot for morning coffee or a great sunset. King sized memory foam bed upstairs, queen sized hybrid bed in the downstairs bedroom, 4 twin beds and a full sized bed in the bunkroom, perfect for fun family sleepovers! Large upstairs bathroom with full tub/shower. Downstairs bathroom has toilet and vanity only. Full size washing machine and dryer available for use as well. Mid-century modern dining room set come with an optional leaf to accommodate the whole family! Large kitchen with pantry storage for all your food and goodies. Coffee maker with Keurig capabilities, toaster, air fryer, microwave, full range and stove. Must be 25 to rent!!
