This pleasant chalet enjoys a beautiful location in Wald- Königsleiten. Built against a mountain, it offers an entrance via a staircase at the side of the chalet. It features both a swimming pool and a sauna, plus a balcony with garden furniture, with a beautiful view of the mountains. Get in a car and check out the Zillertal Arena, the largest ski area in the Zillertal Valley, where you can indulge in cross-country skiing, tobogganing, ice-skating and other winter sports.

Neukirchen is easily accessible at 5 km while and Kitzbühel - Kirchberg is only an hour’s drive away. Restaurants are only 100 m away while groceries can be availed only 500 at the city centre. Grossglockner in the Hohe Tauern range is 89 km away.

There is a storage room available on both floors. There is free WiFi and one (covered) parking space directly at the chalet, and 2 parking spaces in the parking garage.

The ski bus is 200 km away while ski lift is 3 km from your stay. Innsbruck Airport is 102 km away.
