The staff was pleasant, the room clean. I was in an accessible room, and I must say, it is one of the best accessible rooms I have been in. It was ADA compliant in every way. Lots of hand bars in the shower, hand-held shower head/hose to use, a bath chair, if needed, high rise toilet, etc. Thank you, Sure Stay, for making my stay the most comfortable stay I have had in a hotel/motel setting in a very long time!

The room was relatively clean, with the exception of some gritty powder in the bathtub, and a sticky spot on the carpeting. The hot tub was exceptional - the jets were wonderful, and the temperature was just right. I did need assistance from the front desk in turning on the faucet for the shower.

Nothing super fancy, but nice. Our room was very clean & the hotel was extremely quiet. Super impressed with how clean the bathroom was. Had no problems at all in our 7 days there. The breakfast could have more options We never did get to use the pool/hot tub as it was always really full when we went to use it.
