I stayed at this hotel six years ago. It is not a luxury hotel but it was clean and I had no problems. This time I could see that things had gone downhill. Housekeeping only every three days. I didn't see that written anywhere. They couldn't even deliver clean towels to my room because they were shortstaffed. I had to put my dirty towels in the hallway and go down to get towels after getting back to hotel quite late.The couch in my room clearly hadn't been cleaned in years, my desk lamp didn't work, it just wasn't well maintained. I will stay somewhere else the next time I come to the area.

Great Location...good staff... breakfast was average....not much variety....same hot food daily. Furniture in room was very dirty and stained but staff came and put down sheets over furniture....pool was very nice and clean...very nice weight room... Upon arrival Thursday we were advised that the entire property was without Wi-Fi and that until it was back up we would not be able to get a key card and someone from staff would need to open doors for us. The following day Friday, we were still without Wi-Fi and then the building lost power. Electricity and Wi-Fi access were not restored until Saturday. Each time we asked the staff if there was an estimated time of restoration we were told no one knew anything and the staff looked as though we were burdening them with unwanted questions. Once everything was restored finally Saturday morning the remainder of the trip until check out Sunday morning was okay. Sadly we would not stay again.
