Mostly quiet (apart from the rooster crows from next door in the AM) and served our purposes for a quick trip. Hot water for the shower and a comfortable bed. Appreciated the extra towels and toiletries as well as the complimentary water bottles and popcorn.

Charming!!

The apartment is beautifully restored, whimsically decorated with very nice furniture which is also comfortable. There are lights and outlets everywhere!! Linens and towels sparking clean and brand new!! All kinds of kitchen equipment. As an “older person”!! I had a little trouble navigating the shower that is in an enclose tub but that would not be a problem for the young. It is in a part of town with a moderately busy street and a rooster in the am!! But the white noise machines on both sides of the bed made it all okay. There is a washer and a dryer so longer stays would work well. I would definitely stay there again. Karl was a very nice host.
