I spent 3 nights and parts of 4 days. I needed to work from my room much of the days. I kept telling the staff that that the Internet worked very sporadically every 5 to 10 minutes I would lose Internet service for another five minutes before I can get reconnected. I finally left and went to a coffee shop to do work. The next day it continued I left again to get service. I was told to expect a call from the Internet provider in Canada. They told me to shut everything down and try again. That didn't work they said call me back if it doesn't work. I was very frustrated but polite to the ladies at the desk. For two days of constant trouble at an expensive hotel I received $20 off my parking cost. I won't stay there again.
