Das Haus war optimal für unseren Urlaub und bot ausreichend Platz für 2 Erwachsene, 2 Teenager und einen Hund. Es gab 2 echte Schlafzimmer. Das dritte ist eine offene Galerie und für den Notfall auch nutzbar. Die glatte Treppe lässt sich absichern sowohl für kleine Kinder als auch für Hunde. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet.Es gab aber auch zahlreiche kleine Negativpunkte bzw. Wartungsmängel, die wir gemeldet haben, so dass diese in Zukunft hoffentlich abgestellt werden:- Badezimmertür klemmte- Schlafzimmertür im EG schleift über dem Boden- Das Schubfach für die Mülleimer in der Küche war defekt- Die Dusche tropft gelegentlich ohne Benutzung- Der Staubsauger war defekt- LED Spot in der Küche flackerteLeider kann man die Zählerstände nicht selbst ablesen und hat damit keine Kontrolle. Die Abrechnung war aber glaubwürdig.Wünschen würde man sich das eine oder andere Plissee, um nicht nur auf die Rolläden angewiesen zu sein.Am Check-in und -out wird man sehr freundlich und unkompliziert empfangen.
