Clean room and good breakfast! Nice pool/hot tub/water slide. Pool towels were so thin and small they didn’t dry much off. Sports team that stayed on the 3rd floor were noisy and ran up and down the hallway after midnight. Maybe sports teams need to be penalized for disturbing other guests.

There was no staff to take care of the teenage kids running up and down the hall till 2am and no interest in helping guests even after admitting several irritated calls throughout the nite. Perhaps better staff would help ?

There was too much noise with the hockey players playing hockey and running and screaming in the hallways , I had driven for 7 hours and went to try and sleep for 9 pm for I had to get up at 6 am and leave it finally quieted down around 12 am , I’ve stayed at the hotel about 6 different times and were excellent, suggest that parent and hockey players be told to be quiet or charge them 10x the rate , I paid 220$ for one night only me and my young son !
