This 3-bedroom haven offers serene river views and over 500 feet of direct water access, perfect for skiing, hiking, biking, paddling, fishing, or relaxing by the fire pit. Less than 10 minutes from charming Bolton Landing and 30 minutes to Gore Mountain, it’s an ideal base for adventure or relaxation. The space:
Our home is situated on over 3 acres with direct access to the Schroon River. Please note that the trail leading to the river is steep and uneven, with drop-offs along the way. Caution is advised when using the trail, and it may not be suitable for small children. Children must always be accompanied by an adult, and parents/guardians should use their discretion when deciding whether to bring children to the river.

Had a wonderful weekend staying at the Riverstone Retreat. It was perfect for our family of 4. We took day trips to Gore Mountain and spent a little time in Lake George. The snow fall was an added plus! Rob was a perfect host and communicator. A place we definitely want to return to!

A perfect vacation!

Amazing home, well appointed and all the comforts and then some. Private, beautiful, scenic with access to the Schroon River! So close to the lovely town of Bolton Landing we loved every moment!
