Night 1 our room lights wouldnt turn off and had to be moved at 3am when a room was available to a downgraded room the next day we were then upgraded to a larger room and refunded so ended on a positive but the rooms should be checked prior to checking in new customers

Bathroom dirty. So basic for the price. I wouldnt recommend staying here. May aswell book premier inn. I was freezing all night because they turn the heating off until about 8am. Absolutely ridiculous, stay somewhere else guys.

Lovely hotel and super dog friendly! The pool is a decent size and the other spa facilities looked nice although I didn’t use them. A couple of other nice pubs nearby to walk to.

Good size room. Great price. Plenty of parking. Lovely swimming pool and gym.Room was clean but not spotless. Windows and net curtains were filthy. Room was clean but it was very tired and needs a refresh and a deep clean. The air con was useless and the windows only open a little bit so the room was very hot.
