Room was clean although, i do not like seeing mold in the shower and there was mold. Internet wifi as we tried to watch a movie was not good to the piont we did not watch. And the bathroom door fell of its rails 3 times and the last time we couldnt even put it back up. We were only there for 1 night.

Check in staff member not very friendly. Family Room for the price $454.30 one night was not great. Smell of vomit throughout the room and both beds. Toilet had strong odour of urine. Stains on floors. Shower recently upgraded and grout stains not cleaned from the Floor tiles. No breakfast or food available. Overall it could have been better for the price.

Large clean modern room with sofa and close to town centre. Wifi was intermittent though, perhaps because we were at the far end of the complex.

The staff were nice and the room looked well fitted out but there were cigarette butts everywhere outside and in the gardens. A dooner just left under the stairs and the entry stairs and outside walkways were very dirty. Most windows we very dirty as well and even the shower had old dirt in the corners. We had a spar room and only half filled the bath before the hot water ran out and it took till the next morning to become hot enough again to even have a shower.

The parking was a little tight, but easy enough and the air conditioning was great 👍 we had it on cool. Then the weather turned very cold and windy just adjusted the settings it was 👍

Toilet seats just sitting on top with no nuts and bolts .Very dangerous to slip off.The electric jug was all brown inside from boiling water over time.Rooms bit tired.

An excellently located motel, close to restaurants and shops. Friendly and efficient staff who took time to answer any queries I had. The breakfast menu was extensive and the food delicious.

Check-in instructions unusual to the usual hotels we travelled in. Otherwise, nothing to complain about. They offer Netflix in the room, which is just amazing! Saves the trouble of having to link and setup my own account to watch on screen. The bed is great too. Soft but firm. Overall pleasant experience.
