The location of the facility is characterised by the seclusion of the nearby green, recreational areas with simultaneous proximity to communication and service points. Just 800 m from the estate there is a shopping centre "Centrum Łopuszańska 22" with over 100 shops, restaurants, service points and a supermarket. At the same time, the flat is located 3 km from the beautiful Szczęśliwicki Park full of outdoor attractions (lake, swimming pool, ski slope and mountain railway). The estate is also well connected to the centre and other districts of the capital. The Warsaw Raków train station can be reached in an 8-minute walk (600 m).
