Great apt and location but needs a good cleaning

Apartment size and furnishings were great. Floor plan great. the location works perfectly for me, lots of groceries and restaurant choice in the neighborhood. Overall very good! One huge Negative…the apartment needs a good cleaning. Calcium deposits all Over shower door and fixtures. Mildew starting to grow in the shower and the water didn’t drain in the shower because it was filled with hair. The kitchen was clean, but the fridge needed to be wiped out The floors needed to be vacuumed or sweep. There were crumbs everywhere. The place needed to be dusted.
