This is the worst place I've stayed at in a long time, had a series of issues that made our stay very unpleasant. First day there was an issue with one of the toilets, reported the issue and wasn't addressed until the next day when damage had already been done to other apartments below due to leaking water. With that being said, building personnel were very nice when they came to fix the issue. Customer service was responsive as well. After that, one of the rooms had this pungent sewage like smell all the time, windows have to be kept open and even then smell was very strong. The apartment looks old, couldn't walk around the apartment without all these creaking. Also, it was very dirty in general. Found out after the fact that there was no AC, this was a miss on my part. Best thing about this apartment is the location, very walkable in general with a lot of cafes, restaurants and grocery stores. Warsaw central station is walking distance so very convenient. The apartment needs serious renovations/cleaning before I would recommend to someone.
