Our apartment is in the perfect location next to the beautiful Market Square of the historic "New" Town (part of Warsaw's Old Town area). All the major tourist attractions of the Old Town are within a few minutes walk of the flat but the apartment itself is located on a side street without all the noise and crowds that can plague much of the Old Town! After a long day's sightseeing you can relax and unwind in a comfortable and well-equipped apartment. Ideal for 2 people.

Please note: our apartment is not suitable for people with limited mobility. Our apartment is on the second floor (ground floor, first floor, second floor. US third floor) and there is no lift!

Everything was perfect, the house had everything we needed for a short stay and more, we loved the comfortable sofa, the TV with Natflix, the various tourist guides in many languages, the washing machine, the modern kitchen with everything we needed and then Joanna and Andrzej were two special hosts who gave us so many useful tips for our arrival... I recommend anyone who wants a comfortable and truly beautiful place in the center of Warsaw to stay here!

Perfect in every way!! Communication was top notch, the apartment was clean and every detail was thought out completely from a computer to use, a shoe horn by the front door, adaptors, soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, a fan, a nice assortment of coffee and tea plus a juice and snack upon arrival, Netflix in multiple languages on the TV, detailed instructions on how to use the appliances and even a daily suggestion list of what to see and do. There were also books and maps on Warsaw. The apartment is in the corner of New Square, which is a very quiet location and just a short 5 minute walk to Old Town. It was in the perfect location and seemed very centrally located to all there was to see and do in Warsaw. If you have mobility issues, only because you have to go up 2 flights of stairs, this apartment may not be right for you. Otherwise, there is not a single negative thing we can say about this apartment.

Perfect stay in Warsaw

Perfect! All was perfect here in Warsaw thanks to the amazing host, great location of the apartment and also so much room to make you feel like you’re in your own place in Warsaw. Do not hesitate to book here the location is very central to all you need and you are a short walk away from old town. All questions I had were answered fast and you can tell the host cares about you and your stay. I would book here again.

Lovely stay

Property was lovely, with a great communal living room and wonderful location in a private courtyard right in the Old Town. Only slight downside was the bedroom got hot at night. Otherwise a perfect stay- thank you!

Very nice apartment

This is a really nice one bedroom apartment. It is located very close to the old town but not so close as to be loud in the evenings. The apartment is very well furnished and equipped. In particular, the kitchen has a nice set of pots and pans, making it easy to cook. The owners even supplied coffee.

This was by far the best place I have ever stayed.

I travel a lot. This was my first time using VRBO and I booked this property. It was the best place I have ever stayed. Impeccably clean. They provided all sorts of stuff you may need or forget. The hosts were friendly and responsive. You also could not ask for a better location. I highly suggest you book this place if you are in Warsaw. I will stay here again when I come back. *one note- check in instructions say 2nd floor. If you are American, that’s the third floor. Ground floor, first floor, second floor. Don’t let it trip you up.

Perfect stay in Warszawa

Our stay in Nowe Miasto was perfect! The location is excellent, a bit off the hustle and bustle of the main old town area but close enough to walk everywhere. In addition there were restaurants and shops right across the square. The unit itself is immaculate and provided everything we needed for our stay. It is clean, comfortable and quiet. The little touches that Andrzej provided were so welcome on our arrival from Krakow - tea, coffee, juice, even chocolate bars for a quick snack. We walked everywhere - Palace of Culture, Ghetto, Warsaw Uprising Museum, along the Vistula, etc - and always got a great rest when we returned "home". On our final morning we walked 20 minutes to the train station for our journey to Gdansk and it was an easy walk. We spent two full days in Warszawa plus a day trip to Łódź and I am ready to go back and see more. When we do, I hope Andrzej is willing to host us again!

Wonderful Stay

Andrzej is a wonderful host. He left detailed descriptions and instructions for everything from how to operate the appliances to the best taxi companies to call. The apartment is in a perfect location in a beautiful square in Old Town. You should be aware that the apartment is not air conditioned and you walk up two flights of stairs. However, a powerful fan was supplied and we were quite comfortable. I would highly recommend this apartment.

I can't say enough good things about the hosts and the accommodation

This place was perfect for us. It is well located, close to Old Town and public transportation. It has plenty of food options in the square and just around the corner. Tourist attractions are close by. We felt safe in the neighborhood and in the apartment. The apartment itself is spacious and bright and airy. It is attractively decorated and well equipped. The hosts have thought of everything. Andrzej and Joanna are perfect hosts in every respect. They are thoughtful and helpful. Questions were always answered promptly and fully. Communication was exceptional with videos to guide us and messages were informative from beginning to end. If we could give more than 5 stars we would!

Beautiful apartment in a lovely location near the Old Town

This apartment is amazing! The location on a beautiful square just a couple of minutes from the Old Town is stunning. We enjoyed being able to pick up rental bikes from a stop about two minutes away and cycling around Warsaw. The apartment itself is in fantastic condition and very comfortable. We slept very well in the bed and the rain shower was great. What made our stay special was the little details, like enough coffee pods for our stay, bottles of juice, and guide books that we used to plan our sightseeing around different neighbourhoods. Andrzej and Joanna were wonderful hosts and let us check in a little early and store our bags on our final day, which allowed us to make the very most of our time in the city. Thank you for everything!

Hosts have thought very hard on all the small details one might need staying away from home. They were very detailed on how to get there and open to any questions we had. Space very clean and quiet. Would recommend to anyone staying in Warsaw. Glad to have found this hidden gem.

Wonderful Warsaw!

Andrzej is the best and most accommodating host that I have ever had the pleasure to meet. His apartment is superb, containing everything one might need for a holiday vacation abroad. I was enchanted by the location of the apartment, which is in the beautiful, historic old town of Warsaw. You can feel the wonderful old town Warsaw atmosphere as soon as you step out of the apartment onto the Market Square. What is more, the apartment is also a haven of peace qnd tranquility ensuring your night's sleep is undisturbed. What more can one say?

The best VRBO we have ever stayed in!

This property was AMAZING. The flat was beautiful and so well-appointed. Every need for an international traveler was anticipated. Check in process was a breeze and communication was responsive. So many thoughtful touches…international adapters, juice and coffee and chocolate on arrival, instructions for all appliances. Literally everything was thought of. Location was close to everything yet super quiet. Would love to come back again.

Perfect clean little villa

Had an exceptional time here, this is a great location at the centre of a well known part of Warsaw. The hosts have everything figured out so there is limited confusion on the check in process and finding the property. During our stay we were met with snacks and beverages including coffee and tee. A Top Shelve Place To Stay

Adnrzej and his wife, Joanna are the best hosts I've ever encountered in my travels around the world - they will go the extra mile to ensure that your visit is pitch-perfect.
