Frustrating process

Place was great. Registration process was frustrating. There was an online form that required us to upload ID and payment information, but the webpage did not work. I tried mobile and laptop, as well as multiple browsers. I called, emailed, etc over and over to try to reach a person who could help, but I just kept getting automatically generated emails.

Vrbo in DC

Location was good, easy access to subway and stores. Clean and good quality of furnishings. Pool, rooftop, and parking was not represented accurately.

The location was great. The communication was only fair. The flat was clean, but sterile. There was nothing to make it feel comfortable.

Family DC Trip

The apartment had a great location but shortly after checking in we were told none of the amenities were available. The heated pool advertised in the listing was closed for the season and the recreation room had been damaged during a recent party and not available. As this is DC we were not terribly concerned but certainly bummed at the pool being closed. However, we quickly realized this is not a kid friendly place. Our floor (12th) was constantly overcome with marijuana smoke. We brought this to the attention of site management who said there is nothing they can do about it. It was so bad in our room we had to stuff towels under the door to keep it from coming in our room. I kept complaining and eventually found a night manager at the facility who allowed us to move to the 9th floor. Overall, the apartments both our original one on the 12th floor and new one on the 9th were not in great shape. The pull out sofa was broken in our first one along with the blinds and numerous outlets. I would not recommend this property
